About CYCA

The Cardiff Yemeni Community Association was founded to support, represent, and empower the Yemeni community in Cardiff and South Wales. We are a registered charity that works to preserve our cultural heritage while promoting integration, education, and opportunity for all.

Rooted in Yemeni values of hospitality, family, and compassion, and inspired by Cardiff’s diversity, we aim to create a community where everyone feels included, supported, and proud of their identity.

Our work focuses on:

• Community Support – Offering advice, guidance, and services for families and individuals.
• Culture & Heritage – Celebrating Yemeni traditions and sharing them with the wider Cardiff community.
• Youth & Education – Providing activities, training, and learning opportunities for young people.
• Integration & Unity – Building bridges of understanding and friendship across all communities in Cardiff.
